Boat Pose
(Paripuma Navasana)

Sit on the floor with the legs in front of you. Keep the chest open and the sternum lifted. Lean back slightly so that you can lift the legs. Keep the knees straight and the legs together. Keep your toes and your eyes in the same line. Your arms should be stretched forward, palms facing in, shoulders down. Hold for at least 30 seconds. Massages liver, gall bladder and spleen, strengthens spine and back muscles. Works abdominal muscles.
