Start down on your hands and knees. Have your hands shoulder width apart and your feet hip width. Make sure your fingers are spread wide. On an exhale straighten your legs and stretch your buttocks as high as you can towards the ceiling. Make sure that your arms and legs are absolutely straight. Relax your head towards the floor and breathe deeply. Stretch your chest in the direction of your feet. Then lift your right leg up as high as you can. Be sure to keep your leg straight and your hip in line. Extend your entire body from your fingertips out through the soles of your feet. Bring your right leg down and repeat on the left side. Relieves pain and stiffness in heels and legs, stretches spine, opens shoulder blades, removes fatigue and rejuvenates brain cells. |
