Start down on your hands and knees. Have your hands shoulder width apart and your feet hip width apart. Make sure your fingers are spread wide. On an exhale straighten your legs and stretch your buttocks as high as you can towards the ceiling. Make sure that your arms and legs are absolutely straight. Relax your head towards the floor and breathe deeply. Stretch your chest in the direction of your feet. This pose Relieves stiffness in back, shoulders and legs, especially the hamstrings. Helps to eliminate fatigue and rejuvenates the brain cells. Also benefits digestion.
