Sit on the floor with the legs in front of you. Interlock the fingers behind your head. Keep your elbows in. Lean back and let your spine round. Lift your legs. Keep your knees straight and your legs together. Keep your toes and your eyes in the same line. Hold for at least 30 seconds. Massages liver, gall bladder and spleen, strengthens spine and back muscles. Works abdominal muscles. |
