Lie on your back. Bend your right leg and catch your right big toe with your right hand. On an exhale straighten your right leg up towards the ceiling. Be sure to keep your left leg straight and in the same line as the rest of your body. Be sure to keep your shoulders and face calm and relaxed. Slowly increase the stretch on your right leg. Hold for at least one minute. Bend the leg and do a few hip circles. Repeat on the left side. Stretches hamstrings and hips. Tones lower back muscles. Calming. Benefits legs and thighs.
