Relaxation Pose

Lie on your back. Let your legs flop out to the sides. Let your arms flop out to the sides. Have your palms face upwards. Feel the heaviness of your body. Allow your arms, legs, and torso to feel as though they are melting into the earth. Release the muscles along your lower back, middle back, upper back. Relax your shoulders away from your ears. Let your head be heavy on the floor. Rest your brain towards the back of your skull. Rest your eyes towards the back of your eye sockets. Let all your internal organs be soft.As you allow your physical body to become quiet, your mind and emotions will naturally calm down as well. Follow your breath with your mind. Observe inner peace, tranquillity, harmony. Be. |
