Sit on the floor with the legs stretched wide. Spread the toes and create maximum firmness it the legs. Do not let the knees bend at all. On an exhale, with a flat back, fold the torso forward. Keep the knees pointing upwards, do not let the legs roll in. Extend the spine from the tail out the top of the head. On an inhale Come up with a flat back. Stretches and tones legs, thighs, and back. Massage for the internal organs.
