It has always been a struggle for me to motivate myself to exercise. I tried a gym membership and running for awhile, both with the same unfortunate outcome. But with Yoga, I finally feel like I have found something that fits me. I look foward to my daily sessions and I am amazed by the changes to my physique as well as my mind. I now lead a healthier lifestyle and feel so much better in daily life. I want to thank you for producing a very inspiring series.
