Chaz,

Your classes through iTunes are so incredibly helpful for de-stressing the stressful life I lead.
It is awesome to be able to download the podcast class right off iTunes and de-stress even in the middle of the night.

Thank you and Namaste,

Today it is overcast and threatening rain here on Canada's west coast. It's the kind of morning where my energy
is so low that I'd like to blow off my practice and stay in bed until the sun decides to shine again. Instead I chose to look
fora gentle practice that wouldn't overwhelm me on this bleak morning.

I recently discovered yoga podcasts, and when I went searching for a routine to suit my mood
I found your "Yoga for the Face" class. A seated practice sounded just right. Minutes into the class I was in tears.
I realized that it wasn't the weather that was affecting my mood, it was worry. Tomorrow my sister undergoes surgery
to remove two tumors from a salivary gland. It will require an extensive incision around her face. I guess it's no co-incidence
that I chose this podcast, though I didn't realize the connection when I chose it.

Thank you for a class that allowed for such self-understanding and release.
The day looks brighter now, and I'm off for a walk so I can enjoy it.

Many thanks and blessings to you, and to those who help you make available your podcast.

Sincerely,

I just wanted to send you a quick thank you. I have been doing your podcasts for about a year now and enjoy them all.
I enjoy having a wide library of classes to choose from depending on my mood. Lately I have been combining your yoga
for love handles with yoga for the root chakra. It is great!

Thanks. Keep up the good work!

I Just discovered these amazing podcasts of yours!
My husband and I are touring musicians with a 2 and a half year old daughter.. finding time or studios
at which to practice yoga is nearly impossible for us, as we travel so frequently. I am now beginning and ending
my days with your podcasts.. they are a welcome counter to the often chaotic life of a performing musician
and a first time parent.

I look forward to our continued virtual journey together as teacher and student.
Sincerely,
Lux Vander Ark
