Friday Night: 6:00pm - Happy Hour Yoga Class followed by food & conversation.
Saturday: 9:30am - Yoga Class, filming of YOGAmazing podcast, Yoga Q&A, Chaz will discuss his philosophy on yoga and will teach you how to develop a personal practice that will help you to breathe, relax and have fun everyday.
Lunch at Zen Tea House*, followed by meditation at Zen Tea House.
Saturday Night: 7:00pm - Dinner as a group* (Restaurant to be determined).
Sunday: 9:30am Spirit Flow set to Gregoriam Chant, followed by Tea and Fruit.
